Send us your VBS dates. We want to develop a regional VBS calendar. Be sure to include your church address and cintact information. We will also send a flier through our Midsouthchurches.org e-mail network.

Health and Wellness VBS

Make your Vacation Bible School a "health and wellness" VBS. How?In addition to the normal spiritual nurture associated with a VBS, participants will be exposed to a health and wellness curriculum both in word and deed including physical activity for all participants and promotion of the 9, 5, 2, 1, 0 healthy living strategy for youth.

Good Health Is as Easy as
9-5-2-1-0!

9 - Get 9 hours of sleep nightly.

5 - Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

2 - Limit screen time to no more than 2 hours daily

1 - Get at least 1 hour of exercise daily

0 - No sugary drinks.
